What are your check- in /check- out times?
Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is at 12pm.

Can we check in early?
If you arrive before check-in time and your room is available then we are happy to check you in. However, we can’t confirm/guarantee that the room will be available ahead of time. If you arrive early and the room is not available we can take care of your luggage with ease. If you want to be sure your room is available very early, please book the room one day ahead.

Can we check out late?
This is subject to availability and you would need to check this the day before you are checking out. In order to ensure you have the room until whenever you depart, I recommend booking the room an extra night.

Do you supply Airport Transfer? and also other places?
We do offer airport pickups (as well as drop offs) for a fee. Prices start at 800 THB and go up depending on time and size of vehicle. And we also supply any transfer on the Phuket island and nearby provinces such as Phang-nga, Krabi etc. Please ask out front desk for more info.

Do you charge a fee for additional guests?
The hotel is guest friendly with no joiners fee, but a room cannot be occupied by more than two people (except Economy Single person Room). For Example, if you book a room, and it is occupied by two persons, no further guests are permitted to stay in that room. If you are solo then 1 joiner is fine.

Can we order breakfast at the hotel?
Yes, we have served American breakfast and Sandwich with fresh coffee and juices as a set. Our breakfast is freshly cooked by order for your freshness.

Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms and common areas?
Yes, complimentary WIFI is available through all areas.

Can we add an extra bed/Baby Cot in rooms?
Due to our room configuration, We cannot add an extra bed/baby cot into the room.
